DTF Digital combines the latest direct to fabric digital printing technology and new generation PKU 2008U polyknit to produce full weight 125gsm flags and banners that not only look
fabulous from both sides but will stand the test of time in our harsh
outdoor environment. No more lightweight “Dye Sub” Flags that look a million dollars but won’t last the distance. With DTF digital the strike through is nearly 100% and you get fabulous true to life image quality. The vegetable based dyes
are oven baked and will remain colour fast for at least as long as our high quality screen printed flags. Cost Efficient and Easy on the Environment The DTF Digital
process uses vegetable based dyes, less materials and energy and produces minimal waste unlike the dye sublimation process. The savings we make are passed on to our customers.

Windblades

Feather style Windblades are a novel 21st century alternative to the accepted flag and banner displays. They are eye- catching with the gentlest breeze creating movement, portable and extremely versatile with a range of mounting options to suit any location.
We have two product sizes - small and large.
Large Windblades
Each unit, presented in a durable carry bag for ease of transport, consists of :
Pole: 1 x 4 metre interlocking fibreglass pole
Flag: 720mm x 3020mm, printed on polyester knit fabric
Mount: 1 x Ground spike with spindle, or waterbase if required at an additional charge.
Small Windblades
The small Featherblade is also presented in a durable carry bag for ease of transport and consists of:
Pole: 1 x 3 metre interlocking fibreglass pole
Flag: 708mm x 2200 mm, printed on polyester knit fabric
Mount: 1 x ground spike with spindle or waterbase.

Flags can be screen printed, digitally printed or fully sewn depending on quality, size and complexity in design. Polyester knit or woven bunting is used to create flags with professional attention paid to the finer details of finishing. All workmanship and components are quality guaranteed.

Construction
There are many different methods for manufacturing flags, with the three most commonly used methods outlined below.
